From the treadmill to something real.
A sparkling resume. A quieter question underneath.
My path to coaching started in a world that looked successful from the outside, a degree from MIT, strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, a decade of corporate achievements. And yet I felt like I was running on a treadmill that I couldn't remember stepping onto. I saw it in others too, brilliant individuals who felt stuck or unfulfilled despite their sparkling resumes. That dissonance lit a fire in me to do something different, something real.
